This photo, taken from the lookout point at Jing Shan Park, shows the Gate of Heavenly Purity, which is at the northern edge of the Forbidden City. When we visited, this was the exit, with the entrance to the complex being at the south. You can see the tiled roofs of the other gates and halls in the Forbidden City, lined up behind it.
