When to expect a reply?

I answer business and customer enquiries as soon as possible. I try to process general enquiries once a week.

I do not have time to answer all my email - sorry. I ignore standard emails and emails where I'm not the sole addressee.

You can increase your chance of getting a response by greeting me by name and personalising the content of your message. I will also prioritise requests from people who have already linked to my site, but note that I'm not currently offering reciprocal links. Don't change the email subject line from 'General sean.co.uk enquiry', otherwise your email will almost certainly go into the spam bin.
