About this photo
This is Salvador Dali's House in Port Lligat, near Cadaques in Spain. The port features in a number of Dali paintings. The house is now open to the public as the Casa-Museo Salvador Dali. The house was previously a number of small fishermen's huts, and Dali acquired them over a period of time and combined them. Dali lived and worked here from 1930 to 1982 and his house is a fascinating place to visit for any fans of Dali, or modern art generally.
