This photo shows the Norwegian Church in Cardiff Bay, Wales. It was originally built in 1868 on a site now occupied by the Wales Millennium Centre. It was reconstructed and re-opened on this new site nearby in April 1992. In this photo, you can see the Norwegian flag flying.
